How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your matriculation number or staff ID and email address. You will receive password reset instructions via email. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
I can't log into the student portal. What should I do?
First, verify that you're using the correct matriculation number and password. Ensure that your caps lock is off and check for any typing errors. If the problem persists, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use a different browser. Contact support if issues continue.
How do I make a payment through the portal?
Navigate to the payment portal, enter your matriculation number or staff ID, select the payment type, enter the amount, and proceed to payment. You'll be redirected to a secure payment gateway where you can complete the transaction using your preferred payment method.
Where can I find my payment receipts?
After completing a payment, a receipt is automatically generated and can be downloaded from the payment confirmation page. You can also access all your payment receipts by logging into the payment portal and viewing your payment history.
How do I access e-learning courses?
Log into the e-learning portal using your student credentials. Once logged in, you'll see all courses you're enrolled in. Click on any course to access course materials, assignments, and participate in virtual classes.
What should I do if I encounter a technical error?
If you encounter a technical error, note the error message and the page where it occurred. Try refreshing the page or logging out and logging back in. If the problem persists, submit a support ticket through this portal with details about the error, and our technical team will assist you.
